On a dazzling private beach in Mexico, relax & recharge your mind, body, & spirit. 5 days/4 nights of yoga, meditation, adventures & plenty of laughter that will nourish our souls & ignite your spirit with joy.

We start every day with a vinyasa yoga practice & delicious Mexican breakfast. During the day, you have plenty of time to explore Chacala, walk to the playa for swimming and paddle boarding, or lounge in a hammock to your heart’s content. Sunset and evening restorative yoga help guide your nervous system into deep relaxation.

One of the most special parts of this area in the winter is the whales that migrate here and give birth, so we’ve arranged a private whale watching adventure! It’s a beautiful and powerful reminder of nature’s rhythm and your place within it. We also have to option to participate in a traditional temazcal ceremony, a cleansing ritual that purifies both body and spirit.

Whatever your level of yoga, this retreat is designed to deepen your physical, mental, and spiritual connection. This is NOT a yoga intensive or training, it’s a vacation and nervous system reset for you. There will be daily yoga, meditation, and activities all with stunning views and plenty of time to relax & recharge however your heart desires. You do NOT need any yoga experience to enjoy this retreat!
